Upon Graduating from METU, I received Fulbright Scholarship to pursue my Masters degree in the USA. I continued towards my PhD degree in Economics in University of Maryland, as I also was working as a consultant for the World Bank, Washington DC. Throughout the years I spent as a student at the University of Maryland, and as a consultant at the World Bank, I acquired invaluable professional experience and a world vision that shaped my studies since graduation.
