Prof. Bilin Neyapt\u0131 has been released: \u201cUnderstanding Fiscal Decentralization,\u201d published by Edward Elgar Publishing.\r\n\r\nThis book provides a comprehensive overview of fiscal decentralization (FD), outlining how it interacts with domestic structures and institutions.
